This book analyzes the challenges faced by the Mozambican education system in the post-pandemic context, focusing on competency-based training and the inclusion of displaced students. The authors conduct a detailed investigation into the transition to hybrid teaching in higher education institutions and the impacts of this change on pedagogical practice. The book reveals difficulties such as the lack of technological infrastructure and the scarcity of specific training for teachers, and proposes, as a response, continuous and collaborative training that promotes more effective and adapted teaching.
