This is a good read, and an important book, if only because so many law texts get the real story wrong. Morland's account is even more relevant today in this era of terrorism. In point of fact, the previous reviewer gets it wrong--this book would not be of any use to a foreign government. Morland didn't print a "how-to-build" the hydrogen bomb article in the Progressive--it was how it worked. There's a key difference.
