Each life must go through its own struggles; each soul must cross its own treacherous seas; and each heart must feel sorrow and grief. However, someone who has discovered the great secret of their identity with the Universal life and power lives in an impregnable city that is built upon and into the Rock of Truth and is immune to the effects of life's storms. This work teaches the reader how to avoid making his life more difficult than it needs to be, even though it does not falsely promise an easy life because, if this were possible, it would be the worst of disasters. Instead, it seeks to show how to become so strong that life seems almost easy by comparison (the life or fate does not change or become easier, but the individual changes and becomes stronger). If people approached life with the right attitude and behaved in accordance with Universal Law, most people's lives would be less troubled and painful. It is hoped that this small book will assist many people in finding the Greater Self within, whose realization brings with it a realization of absolute security, in expressing and using their inner spiritual and mental forces, and in doing so, entering a life of almost limitless power. This will hopefully prevent much unnecessary suffering.
