The Secret Language of Knitters

Someone who is in my Knitting Group had this book and was very happy with it. I decided to order it and I'm also very pleased with this book. I highly recommend it.

Great Laughs

This is a great book to flip through when you want a chuckle, or read cover-to-cover to relax and laugh with, whether you are a knitter yourself of have one in your life. I never really thought about just how much of our own language we really do have - every knitter should have a copy of this for their loved ones. I've met Ms. Temple at a couple of fiber events, and I think this book succeeds particularly because her personality and humor shine through on every page.

Too much fun!

LOVE this book. I had a blast finding out how good my knitting vocabulary already is and learned a bunch of new terms and tricks. Very enjoyable and well written read. I actually bought 2 copies since it's the perfect gift for a knitting buddy too. Love the "Curse of the Boyfriend Sweater!" Always wondered what that meant. Anyone who knits (or crochets for that matter) will relate to this book.

I am a crocheter and not a knitter by an means, but his book made me laugh out loud MANY times! Secret language of knitters is a must have book! Now, when will we see a sequal such as the Secret Language of Crocheters? Crocheters want to know!
