This particular collection was the product of cognitions of the nature of life. If lines were not inspired, they were not put to paper. Some call this the "Muse." In the play writing I worked with a set methodology: the lines should teach life lessons; each play should teach a whole life's lesson; the plots should be traditional, but denuded of fantasy and full of symbolism; they should be relatively brief (about one hour); each player's lines should be consistent with his or her characteristics - and that includes cadence and metering, but the metering should not be forced and certainly need not be iambic pentameter; the reality discerned must transcend both myth and cynicism.
