The Saxon Games is an ultra-modern political and military thriller which describes how social media and fake news come close to destroying a group of tough special forces operatives. But Vossler has found a new and very modern way to try to save his skin. He manipulates the internet and social media and uses fake news to engulf the Network in lies and fabrications about sex, cowardice and betrayal which bring their careers and reputations to the brink of ruin. But these are men and women who don't take to being outmanoeuvred. They learn to survive in this new style of virtual battle and finally push Vossler into confronting them in the kind of fight they understand.
