The sapphire crown book 3
Book 3 - The Sapphire Crown
(1765-1775, the decade the world tried to hang the Blackhawks... and failed spectacularly)
Pure 18th-century, no anachronisms, hotter-than-hell intimacy, constant high-stakes action, and an ending that leaves the fleet stronger, the family bigger.
The Sapphire Nation: seven volcanic islands now a thriving free port. No European flag flies here. Instead: black-sapphire colours, elected council, Articles signed in blood, and a navy that answers only to Gabriel and Seraphina Hawke.
Central Conflict
1765-1775: Britain, France, and Spain secretly form "The Tripartite Alliance" to wipe the Sapphire Nation off the map before it inspires every colony to revolt. Ten years of siege, diplomacy, betrayal, and open war, culminating in the largest sea-battle of the century.
Spice Level
Even higher than Book 2. Every major action sequence ends in desperate, possessive, "we-might-die-tomorrow" sex: on gun-decks, in burning fortresses, on moonlit beaches, in the governor's bed while the city falls around them.
