A book that should be read by all young people wondering how to "get started" in the world. Many short and amusing stories, each with a "principle" or lesson learned by the author in his own growing up experiences. There is also an excellent overview of many eras and areas in the US as the author moves through the states and through his growing up. A definite must read, not only by the young but also by the more mature who will identify with the experiences.
