A British man who'd just returned from vacationing in California reported to MS5 in London that a woman he met at the Venice Beach Skating Pavilion, with whom he'd had a romp, told him her uncle was plotting to overthrow the queen. Out of caution, although the threat seemed bazaar, Agent Elizabeth Simmons was sent to investigate. She'd been with MS5 so long as an uncover agent that she was being treated by a psychiatrist for a split personality syndrome: Liz the proper English lady, and Tess the not so proper undercover personality who wore short-shorts and a ring in nose. She went there and skated in the pavilion and worked out in a gym hoping to find the woman who said her uncle was plotting to overthrow the queen and find out if it the threat was serious. As a cover, she was sent to the UK's embassy on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles not far from Venice Beach as a Spanish language interpreter where she was sexually harassed by one of its officers.
