The seedling lifts her teeny, tiny face to the giants that deny her the sunshine's grace and asks in a voice so sweet, so shy, "What is the sun? What is the sky? Would you let me see it please, before I shrivel up and die?"
A mighty tree looks down in disdain at the little sprout that cried for rain. And then shrugs his mighty bough aside and says, "Just one little look before you're dead."
