London during world war ll

A very Captivating plot, with many complex personalities. Some loveable, and fierce, others you wanna take under your wing and protect them. Three girls form an unbreakable friendship as they are involved in the extraordinary top secret work of Enigma codebreakers, who work tirelessly at Bletchley park to defeat the Nazi's. Everyone who works at Bletchley uses their intelligence, and grit, working endlessly to try and break codes before catastrophes of war happen. It's a story of friendship, and love, and forgiveness, and at times will give you a good laugh, and others bring tears to your eyes. Mab, Osla, and Beth, form such a tight friendship, they become fierce, fighting women, working hard and endlessly in a male Dominated world. As the story unfolds you come to learn about each of the girls personel lives, and backgrounds, and what they have been through before coming together as codebreakers. It is richly researched truth, and Historical Fiction at its absolute finest! So many things happen in the depth of the story..all leading to a traitor at Bletchley, and it is the girls and others on the team that come together one last time to crack one last code to uncover the spy . I loved this story from beginning to end, all the characters are heart warming in their own way, that make this story so truthful, and will linger in your mind long after it's done ! The girls friendships are a force and solidarity that touches your heart. It is a stunning novel you will absolutely enjoy and cheer for. It's a perfect blend of Historical truth, and mystery. I have Nothing but praise for this Fabulous Author ! A Perfect Read !

Friendship, wartime, and romance lovers must read!

I've read other code breaker books and many wartime books. This is by far the best. The friendship and bond of women who do hard work during wartime, many family struggles, and amazing characters who have depth and grit. I picked this book up and ignored all other responsibilities until it was over. Too good to put down!
