The journal exalts Arminius, a warrior who drove the Romans from Germania in a historic battle in 18 AD and prophesizes his rebirth in the 20th Century to liberate allied-occupied Germany. The 513th's Washington, Waters and Stevens enlist the help of a GRU Russian agent, and begin a frantic race against the clock to decipher the Crusader's code and stop the Jungdo from fulfilling The Roman Prophecy.
