The objective of this book is to improve the Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) theory to advance the understanding of the determinants of the women's EI by applying Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) (Ajzen, 1991). To achieve this objective, the research explored the influence of social factors (culture, family and gender) and psychological factors (self- efficacy and fear of failure) on EI among Omani women. Secondary research design was adopted for the study by using qualitative methods and relying on the previous studies that examine EI in different contexts. The findings strongly support the TPB and show the influence of subjective norms, attitude towards behaviour and Perceived Behavioural Control (PBC) among women's EI in Oman. The results show that EI influenced by the social factors, such as culture, family and gender.
