If you like short stories, you will like this book

I have just started reading fiction, so I have a rather limited background on what is "good" and what is not. Be that as it may, I can only tell you what I like. The story I read "The Rocker" seemed, at least to me, to be a well written, easy to follow and interesting narrative. It put me in mind of Chekov's short stories, wherein the reader quickly realizes they identify with the people in the story, and they seem to take on a familiarity. I would recomend this book to anyone who enjoys short stories that the reader can "involve" themselves with, if only for the time.
