Great read for a Red Wings fan

This is a great read. Jimmy D goes very detailed with his career in hockey and a Wings fan will find awesome info and insight on their favorite team. I would highly recommend this to any Wings fan.

A fun and entertaining read

I don't read alot of books on sports, but being from the Detroit area orginally this book caught my attention. I think this book is a fun read. It is well written and has a good pace. It is almost like a brief history of the Red Wings from the early 80's onward. I had forgotten some of the stories, like the drinking fiasco when they were playing against the Oilers. Like a trip down memory lane. I like that he was very humble in the sense that he took credit when he felt it was due but gave credit when he just a beneficiary of others good decisions. If you are a Red Wings fan or just a hockey fan, I think you will find this book a fun read.
