Wonderful way to begin each day!

This daily meditation book is the very best I've come across! It is written in a very life-supporting, inspirational manner that goes deep to the heart of any person, regardless of 'religious' affiliation. Each day's mediation concludes with a 'statement' that you repeat 3 times and then basically give thanks for Divine Light. I personally, find it very effective to say the meditation out loud, since the power of the spoken word is so healing. On the days that I miss out on my meditation, I really feel the difference in my overall 'vibaration.' The words written are so profound, so powerful that the shift in my consciousness is quite palpable. Kudos to the author, Kay Eileen Meyer, who is truly gifted in her writing style.
