This research sought to study the existence or not of the influence of capital - especially international capital - on higher education institutions, focusing on the problem that arises from the question of whether this influence would prevent the provision of quality teaching, with the adoption of methodologies that are in line with the institution, in other words, real higher education, as provided for in articles 206 and 209 of the Federal Constitution. After a historical contextualisation, making an analogy with the present day, it was found that public policies aimed at education have had a privativist outlook for a long time; through an authoritative historical exhumation. Through documentary research and relevant theoretical sources, the research was brought to the specific case - Anhanguera College in An polis.
