The ideal of integration is at the heart of the African continent, carried by the African Union since its creation, it is manifested in the different regions of the continent by the creation of community spaces within which the nationals can enjoy freedoms that go beyond the simple national framework. It has been observed that progress is not the same in the various regional economic communities (RECs). This study therefore proposes the ECOWAS space construction model as a permanent solution to make the right of residence and establishment in the ECCAS zone integral.
