1:12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

१ १२ तब मैं ने उस शब्द को, जो मुझ से बोल रहा था, देखने के लिये अपना मुंह फेरा; और पीछे घूमकर मैं ने सोने की सात दीवटें देखीं;

1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

१ १३ और उन सातों दीवटों के बीच में मनुष्य के पुत्र सदृश एक पुरुष को देखा, जो पांवों तक का वस्त्र पहिने, और छाती पर सोने का पटुका बान्धे हुए था।

1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

१ १४ उसके सिर और बाल उजले ऊन वरन् हिम के समान उज्ज्वल थे; और उसकी आंखें आग की ज्वाला के समान थीं।

1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

१ १५ उसके पांव उत्तम पीतल के समान थे जो मानो भट्ठी में तपाया गया हो, और उसका शब्द बहुत जल के शब्द के समान था।

1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

१ १६ और वह अपने दाहिने हाथ में सात तारे लिये हुए था, और उसके मुख से चोखी दोधारी तलवार निकलती थी, और उसका मुंह ऐसा प्रज्वलित था, मानो सूर्य कड़ी धूप के समय चमकता है ।

1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

१ १७ जब मैं ने उसे देखा, तो उसके पांवों पर मुर्दा सा गिर पड़ा। और उसने मुझ पर अपना दाहिना हाथ रखकर यह कहा, मत डर; मैं प्रथम और अन्तिम हूं।
