It's been, 15 years since, the country, outlawed abortions, we have become a right to live country. Along with no abortions, came new challenging. Like men forced to pay child support for having one stands with women they just met and hooked up with while out on the town. Some of the women who didn't want to raise children, started hiding there pregnancies from the pubic. This lead to an underground, adoption agency, where the women would go for treatment and placement of their kids they didn't want but were force to have. Some of the, women who couldn't afford, to go to those places, just waited until the babies were born, and abandoned them, anywhere they could find. Child support court, became the number one court in the country. Followed by divorce court, because so many married couples were engaging in sex outside of their marriage. The men became angry because they had no choice in becoming fathers, after a sexual encounter, without protection to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. The courts made them take responsibility for the kids after DNA, proved they were the father. This leads to a country wide protest from the men, who felt they didn't have the freedom to chose who they wanted to have a family with. The abandoned kids, often became gangs to survive on the streets, they became each others family's in those gangs, looking out for each other. The country established, a new law to combat this, and take care of the problems that had aroused since abortions were not allowed. They established the Human Production Bureau. to fix the problem. The Human Production Bureau, came up with the this plan from the past, to have all women from the first menstruation, to be fixed with a new device with technology, that prevented them from having sex and without, being in a marriage, there by preventing unwanted kids to be born. An electronic Cassidy Belt, come up with a way to control the electronic Cassidy belt that, it is turned off when women are in safe home setting. If a man tries to rape a women or a girl with this device, they receive aa electric shock to they penis, no one want to fell that. This story dives into this new world, and how people deal with a world were sex is regulated, by the government for population control, to insure the family unit survives, intact with a father and a mother. Their will be some same sex parents who adopts some of the kids from, the many kids that are unwanted by either parent, from the underground birth centers. This story tells of how people learned new ways to be intimate with each other before sex. There should be many couples in this story from different levels of life, from starting their relationships to when they get married and finally make love for the first time.
