The Author
Richard Akoji is a Chief Superintendent of Police. He holds a PhD degree in Political Science with specialization in Peace and Conflict Studies. He is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA).
