Board of Education and The Civil Rights Act of 1964. Too many people marched, jailed, beaten up, and some were even killed in pursuit of these rights. It would be a travesty if they were lost. Not only Blacks, but Hispanics, Muslims, Hindi, and several other minority groups would suffer if resegregation was allowed again.
