Chambers's public domain short story that inspired it, "The Repairer of Reputations," the first story in the cult classic THE KING IN YELLOW collection. The volume will be illustrated--we'd like to discuss package elements right now at launch so we can hire the right art team. The two stories are in no way related. Ed Park will also include a framing/introductory essay to the Chambers story.
