Stories from vintage "pulp fiction" novels. The Reign of the Super-Man was written by Herbert Fine (aka Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster). Although the character in the tale is not our familiar "super-hero", the story is fascinating. The other stories (Armageddon 2419, Gladiator, and Skylark) follow a similar theme, but more in depth. Also one of the stories, gave birth to another famous fantasy/sci-fi hero, Anthony "Buck" Rogers. Pulp fiction tales are the "grandfathers" of our comic book super-heroes.
