ONE OF THSE BOOKS THAT KEEPS YOU GUESSING

I GOT A COPY OF THIS BOOK FROM MY FATHER,WHO IS A FRIEND OF THE AUTHOR.THIS IS ONE OF THOSE BOOKS THAT EVERY TIME YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AND GOING ON,GUESS AGAIN,YOU DON'T!FOR FANS OF THE MOVIE USUAL SUSPECTS,IT HAS TWISTS LIKE THAT.THERE ARE SOME BOOKS THAT YOU JUST CAN'T PUT DOWN BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS NEXT,THIS IS DEFINATELY ONE OF THEM.I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHERE HE TAKES HIS NEXT BOOK.IT CAN EASILY BE MADE INTO A MOVIE,YOU CAN PICTURE IT AS YOU ARE READING.THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS READY THIS BOOK,SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL BY THE ROLLING STONES KEPT GOING THROUGH MY HEAD.THAT IS A HINT FOR ANYONE THAT HASN'T READ IT YET.HOPEFULLY IT WON'T BE TOO LONG UNTIL HIS NEXT BOOK COMES OUT AND HE CONTINUES THIS SERIES.

Loved the twisted plot.

I love books with more than one storyline, and this book is loaded with layer after layer of character storylines. The list of characters names in the front helped alot. Mr. Nicholas had me reading all night. I also enjoyed the strong female characters. It's a great read. I won't forget this novel.

Reflection of Evil review

A.T. Nicholas' The Reflection of Evil is a pleasure to read - both exhilarating and entertaining. The first two chapters immediately draw the reader in with power and riveting action before settling into a smart, mysterious third chapter, all of which are set between 1962 and 1968, and set the stage nicely for the rest of the story, which is set in present day. The story follows the path of television evangelist Allen Pyrit. He visits his estranged father on his deathbed, who with his dying words reveals that Allen was adopted. Turning to some trusted friends for help, Allen begins to dig into his past. But he soon finds that his past is far more complicated than he could have imagined. His search for his biological parents turns into a dangerous entanglement of disappearances and deaths. The further Allen and his friends delve into this quest, the deadlier it becomes, as they begin to uncover unthinkable plots involving government conspiracies, experiments with genetic engineering, and an ancient artifact. Like Nicholas' previous novel, The Fist of God, the story moves along smoothly and is fast paced, making for an exciting, enjoyable read. A handy character guide is placed in the front of the book, which is great at first - but you probably won't need it for long, as the character development is outstanding. This is one are where the book (as well as Nicholas' writing in general) truly shines. The characters are great - their personalities strong and endearing. The interaction between the characters is also entertaining, with clever dialogue. This adds some lightheartedness to the story, which balances out the more serious parts of the book nicely and gives it a well-rounded feel. The story also has some great twists and surprises that make The Reflection of Evil even more worth reading. While the book stands on its on quite well, readers of Nicholas' The Fist of God will appreciate some returning characters and references that add to the overall experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend The Reflection of Evil to fans of any genre - it's a great story with great characters that anyone will enjoy.

A Brief Synopsis

The deeper Allen and his friends dig into his past, the closer they get to the truth; and death. The evidence points toward a government conspiracy of unthinkable madness.
