Red Davidson (Buck Jones), the sheriff of Sun Dog, comes to the aid of his best friend, Silent Slade (Grant Withers), who was framed for the murder of Scotty McKee (J.P. McGowan) and sentenced by the court to hang. Sacrificing his job and good name, Davidson lets Slade escape from jail, then follows him, to assist him in proving his innocence. Written by Les Adams This serial is based on the story "The Redhead from Sun Dog" by W. C. Tuttle. It is a remake of the 1931 John Wayne movie The Range Feud.
