The Recipe Project: A Collaborative Effort

For many of us, happy memories are triggered by the smells and tastes that came from a kitchen in Richmond, Quebec. That kitchen belonged to Christina Henderson.
The idea for The Recipe Project was born from a desire to preserve her culinary legacy, and ensure that future generations could experience those same smells and tastes.
The original plan had been to collect Christina's recipes, organize and share them. When I started receiving contributions, I noticed that I was receiving her recipes as well as many others that have become individual family favourites.
What a treasure trove If the 'flavour' of a family is measured by its recipes...we are indeed a diverse group.
