Great read for anyone who is thinking about opening a real estate office. It's a plan that is simply laid out and needs only insertion of your personal vision.

As a Realtor I can download ebooks on the National Association of Realtors website free for 21 days, this is one I got started on when I realized I needed this book! I am just about half way through the ebook because the paper one hasn't gotten to me yet. I can't wait to get it so I can highlight, take notes, plan strategy, you get the idea. I do recommend this book!
