The Raven's Daughter: A Trickster's Creation Story

There aren't many fathers that would tell their daughter to keep on "tricking." There are even less who can truly give their daughter the world. Then again, I'm not most fathers. I'm The Raven. Many years ago, I made my daughter a promise not to ever leave her again. Then, to my heart-breaking shame, I broke that promise. Since then, I have dedicated my life to every attempt of making up for breaking this promise. I know full well I can never really make up for it; however, that doesn't stop me from trying in ever more clever ways. The very least I can do is whole-heartedly give my daughter that which I possess and have created-this world. Some may say this gift is more of a curse. I say there is no such thing as curses, and everything is a gift. If there is one which can learn from my great mistakes and do better with this world than I ever dreamed, it is she whom is even more clever than me-my girl-The Raven's Daughter.
