David and Miriam Hobbs survived their harrowing experience with the ghost of Allie Mae McCormick, who followed the couple home from Tennessee after their fifteenth anniversary celebration in Cades Cove with deadly intentions against David and the males closest to him. But a new and far more deadly menace has now risen after its ancient tomb was desecrated by forensic specialists called in from the nearby University of Tennessee to recover Allie Mae's remains from a sacred Cades Cove ravine.

What John Running Deer and his granddaughter, Evelyn "Two Doves Rising" Sherman had hoped would be the final gesture of peace in giving Allie Mae a proper burial elsewhere has instead turned out to be a terrible mistake.

Now something far worse than Allie Mae's angry wraith is on the loose. Teutates, the ancient Gallic deity unearthed, sets out on a murderous rampage. David is called upon once more to return to the state of his boyhood home, and this time it places his entire family in grave danger as he and Miriam are pulled into the same realm of terror that has ensnared John and Evelyn.

Will the Hobbs family, along with John and Evelyn, survive Teutates' trail of bloodshed as the ancient entity seeks to re-establish a long dead realm of blood sacrifice on Earth? Or will the group ultimately fail in deterring Teutates' malevolent ream from becoming our reality?

**IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the FINAL streamlined version of "The Raven Mocker", and the significant changes in this version were based upon reader feedback I've received over the years, along with an effort to bring this story stylistically in line with the Cades Cove Series prequel, "Scarlet Hemlock" .

At present, "The Raven Mocker" is available in paperback along with the Kindle ebook, and there is not a new hardcover or audio version at this time. Once a new audiobook version is completed and available (along with a possible new hard cover version), I will provide that update here.
