This book is about some of the time I spent as a soldier, mainly the fun parts of army life, the things we got up to as young soldiers--many funny stories in hindsight. These were good times; however, there were also some bad times. But I have tried to minimise these through sympathy. For some who served with me, some names have been changed to protect those who I felt deserve not to be ridiculed, or maybe embarrassed by others reading about them. however the truth is that we were all in it together what ever we did and you always looked after your lads when the time arose
