So Easy!

This cookbook is by far the best I have in my modest but growing culinary library. The dishes actually turned out looking identical to those in the photos and the recipes were easy to follow. There's also something for every eater whether adventurous or just the meat and potatoes type!

Fabulous!

This book is fabulous. The recipes are easy to follow and use easy to find ingredients. Every recipe I have used so far has been delicious and has received many compliments from friends and family. It is so good that I'm buying a few copies for family in England!

Best Cookbook Ever

I use this cookbook daily! The recipes are easy to read & very delious. Great for someone who doesn't have a lot of time & doesn't know how to cook. It also has tips on substitutions and explanations of obscure ingredients. Most importantly, the dishes are fail-proof. Virtually every dish tastes great w/ very little time. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.

An Excellent Cookbook!

This cookbook is by far one of the best cookbook for people with busy lives, who are not chefs! It is beautifully illustrated and the recipes are all fairly easy to make, just looking through the book will make you hungry and make you want to cook!I highly recommend this book to anyone who appreciates easy to make yet tasty and eye-appealing dishes!

The Quick Recipe Cookbook

This is one of the most concise, well-presented cookbooks I have used in a long while. The format is easy to use, unlike books that clump all kinds of courses together. There are separate sections for chicken, beef, lamb, pork, desserts, snacks, etc.... all with a photograph of the completed recipe. The plastic bound cover is especially nice for those of us who spill as we are cooking. The recipes are varied, although pretty basic and each looks more appealing than the last. I plan to use this book for my entire dinner-party menu.The only problem is that I wnat to make one of everything.
