After spending the last forty years as a college and secondary school counselor, I have used many materials to help my clients prepare for the world of work. Robert D. Siedle's, "Quick Job Hunt Guide" is an outstanding example of a sure way to land a job in this difficult economic time we live. It is easy and sure footed in every respect. I especially like the section on "Do Not's" Use this book. It works.

I came across this book after seeing the author's film, THE WIDE WORLD of WORK, and I'm glad I did because this at last is a job hunt book that cuts right to the chase instead of philosophizing about life, finding yourself, etc. All the personalized tools are there. I liked the fact that you can read this book in one sitting and begin your job search immediately and the book is compact enough to carry with you as a ready reference.A good investment for a few bucks. My only question is why didn't the author write another businessbook, or did he?

Totally convincing and the axioms that go with it are full of wisdom. "Unforgettable" once read! You can take it anywhere without it ever being out of place.

Simple, frank, reassuring and a no nonsense approach to getting that dream job. Very enriching piece of work. A "must have" tool for the then and now generation of jobseekers.
