GC, a scam artiste on the run from a massive man-hunt by the police makes a stop at one of the most legendary night spots in the city to pick his sister, Sheri. There is only one problem with this - The police are waiting. It is the only place in the city where feuds and disputes, even those involving law enforcement agents, are left outside its doors. There is Kamal, however, an ambitious law officer who cares nothing for the age-old neutrality of the bar and is determined to make his arrest there.
