The Pursuit of Holiness

What does the word holiness means to us believers? What comes to our mind when we talk about holiness? My suspicion is that many of foresee holiness as something out-of-date, dull, disagreeable, firm, legalistic, and judgmental. A different image is presented in the Scripture, anyplace a holy life is grace jam-packed, satisfied, good-looking, and intensely substantial and GOD'S main goal for HIS children. GOD'S WORD changes not. We cannot remodel GOD'S WORD. It is not a building that needs renovation. Holiness of GOD cannot be out dated. In what way has something so fundamental to true Believers life become so abandoned? I believe that holiness is CHRISTLIKENESS, and CHRISTLIKENESS is GOD'S eternal purpose for HIS children.
