The Purple LettersMihai, a seven years-old little savant wishes upon a star to receive a letter from a friend - any friend. Soon many purple letters arrive, delivered outside of his bedroom window by Radamel, his new 'pen pal' from another galaxy. Radamel wants to learn how to make his own planet Nilu as beautiful as Planet Earth. Through this correspondence, both boys learn about geography, the solar system, and the Universe; as well as about the importance of water resources, living creatures, and how precious human beings are. Mihai even inquires on Radamel's behalf how to make little people, and how to know what is right and what is wrong.
