The essential pumpkin cookbook

Every fall, I dig out this cookbook. It covers the basics (carving pumpkins, roasting seeds, pumpkin pie) as well as creative new ways of how to cook with pumpkin. My all-time favorite is 'baked pumpkin with mascarpone and sage'. I bought it in 2001 for $15, so yes, I am glad I did and I think it's a very good value!
