A serial killer who can read the thoughts of victims and investigators. Detective Mickey Rourke is called to a late night homicide in Queens, New York. The scene resembles a slaughterhouse. The sole victim had been torn apart. A distraught elderly neighbour informs Rourke that the victim was a serial killer - the victim?
