The Prosperity Contract: A Story of Love for his Country

By Angelo Rao

Michael is a young and brilliant aerospace engineer. After exploring the "European way" of living with his best friend Lori, he embarks on the most important quest of his life. Determined to change the way a nation expresses its freedom he teams up with Republican legislators. Together, they propose a new and some argue idealistic Prosperity Contract for All Americans. Despite the pitfalls of creating a saleable Bill, Michael and his team break all of the legislative rules - the Bill actually makes it into the Committees Against all the odds, they face-off against their foes - both left and right. Senior Republican Senator Donna Freedman of Oregon, leads the way. Using clever tactics to foster partnerships, Senator Freedman clearly demonstrates how investing in the spirit, freedom, and love for country that has always made America great, can result in: full healthcare coverage; lowering overall system costs; respecting the vital contributions of the healthcare insurance community and their providers; and all the while creating over 60,000 jobs - just in the Great State of Oregon Is the Nation really ready for true freedom?
