So-called 'Islamic Finance' exists but it is neither Islamic nor true finance. For example, it has riba/interest which is disguised by different legal forms. The services offered by today's Islamic banks are only superficially free of interest and the underlying reality of interest is glossed over by the legal text of the contracts. In practice, 'Islamic Finance' rips off more from borrowers than does Western finance.Furthermore, like Western finance, 'Islamic Finance' has no desire to spread the real economy so that every person in society may benefit. Moreover, like Western finance, ' Islamic Finance' is merely designed to increase debt; to keep productive capacity narrowly owned, and to steal the resources of others and other countries
