The eloquence of this book is it's simplicity. It can be read in a hour or two, discusses a complex disease in a straightforward manner, and articulates uncomplicated mechanisms to provide hope for all involved in the 'journey' required to fight cancer. While some moments of the book are sad and depressing, the book at all times remains inspirational. The book outlines a clear blueprint for how family, friends, science, medicine and god can intersect for a positive outcome when dealing with adversity and uncertainity. This book is well worth your time.
