A precipice is a long fall if one steps into it. And would it be the nature of any dystopia to remind us of such a possibility, if only it wasn't that simple or clear.
Idealism is sometimes mixed with that fall into some abyss of political horror if one sees it as such.
Nature and the Cosmos at large is never linear or predictable. Turbulences arise, and in between the times where things would appear desperate and when solutions are finally to come, there is a period of adolescence where monsters can appear in the shadows of dawn.
Described here is no dystopia. In its own sense, it lived and existed for a few years. Enough for a nameless conflict due to its scope and gravity yet something to ponder...Maybe.
