Simply put, this is a must-read for anyone who is serious about getting ahead financially (no matter where you are currently). The manner in which it is written, as a narrative about a couple (the Sewell's) getting financial advise from Brian and Jay over a ten year period, makes it very easy to read.(I read the whole think cover to cover in one day. I could not put it down!)The concepts presented in the book are easy to understand. I think we can all identify with aspects of the Sewell's issues, even if we are not in the same income bracket or do not have the exact same goals. I feel fortunate to have read this book at the age of 28. While my husband and I do not currently have the income or assets to qualify for such one on one expetise, the book gave us the confidence and the tools to get on the right track for our own progession of wealth. I especially liked the budget with benchmarks and the examples of working tools in the appendices. These will help me implement the ideas in the narrative. Finally, the quotes that begin each chapter are a great bonus. It is intriguing to consider quotations from rock legends in a book about financial concepts. This book is inspiring!!

It's difficult to find a financial book that's interesting to read. I found that this one, while no Stephen King thriller, is definately an easy read. You don't need years of experience on Wall Street to understand it and it's not a get-rich quick scheme. Just solid advice.I recommend. There are definately some valuable tips that just about anyone can take with them.
Finally a financial book worth reading!

Finally an interesting financial book that kept my attention since I hate all the finance talk and my husbands who loves the finance talk. The book is entertaining and informative.
