The travel section includes trips around United Kingdom (as it is her place of residence), Europe, Asia and America.

The sport section includes events that she have attended at the London Olympic Stadium at Stratford. These anecdotes include the World Athletics Championships and a remembrance of London 2012 Olympic Games.

The entertainment section includes experiences of visiting museums, adventure themes and special events.

The lifestyle section includes the entire process of purchasing a house in London to finishing decorations, and celebrating Christmas.

The entrepreneur section includes one of her online shops and a sample of her photographic catalogue which is part of the Gonz?lez Burguete Group.

The other section in this book takes the reader through the impact and experiences of living with the pandemic caused by COVID-19. In order to provide an overview of how it all started through to the vaccination stage.
