Transform your life brick by brick

This book is magnificent. I can't imagine anyone whose life wouldn't be immeasurably improved, no make that measurably improved, by doing the work in this book. Why measurably? Because Laura's work is different from so much in the self-help sphere in that it is unbelievably practical. Yes, there are meditations and exercises, etc. But the work starts and ends with data. What is happening right now in your life that you want to change? Go to the related chapter in the book, choose from those actions and exercises, do them and watch how the world around you changes. Document. Repeat. The work is out in the world, not in endlessly plumbing the inner depths. And that's where the results show up. Eureka.
