Feeling that family history is important, I began to write down my life's experiences and to teach my senior writing group about the importance of writing for legacy and catharsis. One of my "students" has already collected her stories of growing up in Ireland and is working on stories about her life once she came to America. The contents of my memoirs has stories about my family events and thoughts about what has happened and the results. Included are a few creative stories and essays on a variety of topics that cover the gambit of human emotions.
