What lengths does Libby go to become a surgeion?

The Prince" (A devil's duke Novel) by Katharine Ashe June 2018 Libby Shaw had what I would call an obsession. She wanted to be a surgeon but in 1825 allowing a woman to attend studies much less become a surgeon was unheard of. So what does Libby do? She dresses as a man.
