The primary education teacher in the face of educational inclusion

The decisive role that teachers must play to ensure the educational inclusion of students with special educational needs is currently recognized. However, it is also widely accepted that most of the time teachers have not been prepared to respond to quality education for all students with a positive attitude. This constitutes an enormous challenge for primary education institutions. For this reason we have taken into account the application of a group of methods, which allow us to find the main potentialities and needs in the investigated problematic. Based on these considerations, this text offers a group of actions that make up a methodological strategy conceived with the objective of modifying the attitudes of Primary Education teachers in the municipality of Camajuan . It works for the achievement of good inclusive practices from the specialized attention required by the education of schoolchildren with special educational needs. The effectiveness of the strategy was demonstrated and its generalization to the rest of the school teachers was recommended.
