The Preserving of My Soul is a collection of poems (2014-2021) inspired by my experiences, emotions, and aches of desiring to belong in a world I created of loving others, but never myself. Ending with words of redemption brought on by my faith. I started writing at a very young age when I received a little lock and key journal for my 7th birthday and since then I have found comfort in it. I continue to write my thoughts, fears, and emotions on these pages, all there for a purpose.
