Great book. It really humbled me. I know who is in charge. Also realized how important it is to pray for other peoples souls.

God is great--let Him be great in you

I have learned a great deal from Querin's insights. God has the power to change your life. This book can help Him start doing that for you, if you want Him to. I have read the The Prayer of Job several times and each time I pick up on new points, and see things a little differently. The book comes from reality. It is not a flowery book about this or that; it is real life, and what God can do for everyone everyday. God has no limits, but by holding on to meaningless bondages it is us who limit what we will let Him be in us. I highly recomend this book to anyone who want's to be open and honest to God, because it will change your life.

Read this if anyone has ever hurt you

Start by reading the testimonies on page 111! There is also an excellent study guide available on the author's website, which is given on the last page of the book. This book will change the way you view the difficult people in your life!

Straight to the point

Sandra Querin gets right to the point. We as Christians so limit ourselves in our walk with Christ. After I finished reading this book, I came away with a new sense of trust in God. We can't go through our lives having faith that God created the universe, but at the same time being the "walking wounded", incapable of believing that God can work through each one of us as an individual with power and authority. I have had to work through many trials of "expecting" God to accomplish things in my life. It has been difficult to overcome the fear of disappointment. Sandi's book is great encouragement. Her words are no-holds barred. I appreciate her honesty. I know this book will help anyone looking to go beyond his/her current relationship with Jesus, moving you into fellowship. This book is truly life-changing. God bless you.
